These Terms of Service apply to Grimmsmall and Grimmsmall.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products We Sell
Grimmsmall sells open-ended educational toys for children. Our current catalog includes rainbow blocks, building block sets, puzzles, and children’s wooden furniture. Product descriptions, images, and availability are shown on each product page.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. The order is accepted when we ship the item. If an item is unavailable, we contact you and cancel the item or the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount to the original payment method.
4. Prices and Payment
The checkout page shows the total amount before you place the order. Shipping is free. Returns are free. We do not add hidden fees after checkout. We do not charge restocking fees or reset fees. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
5. Shipping
We ship to the contiguous United States only. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete, except for defective, damaged, or wrong items. Returns are free. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return. The refund appears on the original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing. 7. Accounts and Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account or place an order. You agree not to use this website for unlawful activity, to interfere with the website, or to copy content for commercial use without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, product photos, and page designs on Grimmsmall.com are owned by Grimmsmall or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.
9. Product Information
We describe products as accurately as possible. Colors and wood grain can look different on different screens. Wooden toys and furniture can have natural variations in grain, color, and finish. These variations are not defects. If you receive an item that is not as described, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Grimmsmall is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from products purchased on this website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Grimmsmall against claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
